Juvederm ULTRA 2

Juvederm ULTRA 2 is supplied in a pair of 0.55 ml dermal filler syringes and is suitable for minor corrections to uneven skin and moderate lines on the face. This dermal filler includes subtly smoothing out lines around the eyes and can also enhance the contour of the lips for a fuller smile.

Juvederm ULTRA 2 is a sterile, pyrogen-free physiological solution of cross-linked hyaluronic acid of non-animal origin. This product treats skin depression and can be used to augment and plump lips. The formulation is cohesive, flexible, and precise, allowing for a controlled injection and a homogenous distribution in the dermis.

The hyaluronic acid formulation in Juvederm ULTRA 2 dermal filler is designed for smaller, shallower lines, making it a good choice for treatment close to the surface of the skin rather than for deeper in-fill work.

Juvederm ULTRA 2’s gentle smoothing effect delivers natural-looking results even when used at very shallow depths and will maintain the skin’s more youthful appearance over the course of many months. Its effects have a longevity of up to a year, offering an impressively even distribution into the treated area. That is why shallow and moderate wrinkles and skin depressions stand no chance against it.

With added Lidocaine for comfort throughout the procedure, more than four in five recipients experience no significant discomfort during the application. Topical anaesthetics can also be used if desired.

What is the difference between Juvederm Ultra 2 and Juvederm Ultra 4?
The Ultra 2 is designed for medium-depth wrinkles and the lips, while the Ultra 4 is designed for deep wrinkles and the cheeks.
