Dispatch & Delivery


We will notify you by e-mail when your order is dispatched.

Standard dispatch is with DPD and the cut-off each weekday is 4pm for orders to be dispatched that day. If your order is placed between 4 – 6:45pm it will be dispatched with DX Express. Any orders placed after 6:45pm will be dispatched the following working day.

We also offer a Sunday dispatch option with a 1pm cut-off, so if you place an order before Sunday at 1pm then it should arrive on Monday.

Please note if you are not in when the order is being delivered, due to the nature of our products, DPD is unable to leave in a safe place. They may occasionally leave with a neighbour.



Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday between 7.30am and 8pm. There are no standard deliveries at weekends or on public holidays. We are not able to deliver to PO BOX addresses.

Special timed deliveries are not available in Scotland or Northern Ireland.

Though we do try our best to ensure your parcel gets to you as soon as possible, occasionally there may be a reason for a delay with the courier, especially during busy times of the year. 


What happens if I am not in to receive the order?

If the driver does not find you in to receive the goods, he will try again the next day. Normally two attempts will be made to deliver the goods. The driver will leave a message quoting a telephone number. Please ring this number to arrange a new delivery date.

If they are unable to contact you at all, the entire delivery will be returned to our warehouse. In this case you will need to pay for the goods to be redelivered again. Should the items be returned to us and you no longer wish to receive the items a refund can be made minus the delivery fee and a return fee.


Additional notes

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure their delivery and contact information are correct before placing their order. Filler Direct is not responsible for delays in delivering orders should this information be incorrect and need amending.

Filler Direct is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit although we will do our best to provide support to our customers in these situations.

If your order is for international delivery it is your responsibility to arrange to deliver with your domestic delivery provider should this be required.

Filler Direct will not be liable for any orders seized by customers, or delayed due to laws governing the products we sell in your country. 

Filler Direct is not responsible for any loss of income due to non-delivery.
